The BIGGEST fundraising challenge

Commentators are quick to highlight "problems" in fundraising. Three of the common "problems" I hear are:
Donor retention: Fewer donors, more dollars
Donor attention: The need to report on impact
Personalized outreach: Segmenting strategies and consistent communication
What if we viewed these not as problems to overcome, but a recognition that the market is simply changing, and the structure of fundraising has evolved. In other words, we can be free to stop pursuing more donors and using automation techniques to segment better. Although these strategies are worthwhile for a sustainable giving pipeline, the reality is that it is just a few donors who shape our success.
In addition to engaging the masses, we must better cultivate, solicit, and steward the top 1% of donors in our portfolios. The biggest fundraising challenge? It's US.
When we recognize that we need a better infrastructure for 7- and 8-figure gifts, we will transform our organizations.
The solution?
It's Magnet.
