There's no need to restructure an organization unnecessarily. But, does every major structure that reports up to you understand what the overall purpose of the unit is? In Module 2, we go one more level down in our scaffolded approach to check consistency across mission, vision, priorities, and exceptional value. We also begin to formulate industry-standard frameworks that the main structural units can latch onto.

Module 3
Confirm unit priorities.
Ensure that the goals of each sub-unit align with major structural units, which align with the organization as a whole.
During Module 3, we conduct an Alignment Check with middle management, clarifying responsibilities, identifying gaps, and confirming that everyone is rowing in the same direction. We also map dependencies and potential conflicts so leadership can address bottlenecks before they slow progress. By the end of this module, each team understands its priorities, how it contributes to organizational goals, and where to focus energy for maximum impact.

Module 4
Evaluate functional structure.
Modules 1 -3 are about the fundamental "what." Now we begin to look at the "how."
